Q: What new Motorola smartphones can I trade up to?
A: To receive a $100 rebate when you trade up, just purchase one of the following smartphones:

Q: I currently use an eligible device provided by my company. Can I trade up and get $100 back?
A: No, at this time business/enterprise customers are not eligible.
Q: In what countries is this offer available?
A: At this time, the offer is only available in the United States. We plan on rolling out similar programs to select other countries over time.
Q: When does this offer expire?
A: The trade up program is available on eligible purchases through June 30, 2014.
Q: My contract isn't up yet. Can I still trade up?
A: You may trade up at any time but the terms and conditions of your wireless contract still apply including any early termination fees or penalties.
Q: Do I have to stay with the same carrier when I trade up to a new Motorola phone?
A: No, you can choose to stay with your carrier or go with a different carrier.

Q: What does it take to get the $100 Verizon Wireless gift card?
A: Visit the nearest Verizon Wireless store to make the trade. Trade in your eligible used phone, purchase your eligible new phone, and you'll receive a $100 Verizon Wireless gift card1.

Q: What does it take to get the $100 Motorola Visa Prepaid Card?
A: Purchase your eligible new smartphone in a retail store or online. Then visit motorola.com/tradeup to process your trade and print out your mail-in form. We'll need you to mail in your eligible used smartphone along with your mail-in form and valid proof-of-purchase within 30 days of your purchase. Within 6-8 weeks, you'll receive a $100 Motorola Visa Prepaid Card2 that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
Q: Does Motorola use a third party to process my trade?
A: Yes, Clover Wireless processes the trade. Clover Wireless has more than 20 years of experience processing used electronic equipment. We'll provide the $100 Motorola Visa Prepaid Card for your used mobile device and recondition the device for resale. If your phone is not a usable device, then Clover Wireless will ensure it is recycled responsibly through an R2 and eSteward registered end-of-life recycler.
Q: What happens with my smartphone once I mail it in?
A: Clover Wireless reconditions for resale or recycles all the phones received during this program. Clover Wireless employs a zero tolerance landfill policy.
Q: Could my phone be resold overseas?
A: Yes, frequently overseas markets have a greater demand for previously owned consumer electronics. Clover Wireless remarkets only fully functional products to legitimate businesses overseas.
Q: Does Clover Wireless ever donate items?
A: Yes, on occasion Clover Wireless donates products, but not to individuals. Some working products with a lower resale value are occasionally routed through corporate relationships to needs-based services like shelters, senior citizens homes, and schools.
Q: Can I mail in my accessories along with my phone? Do you recycle them too?
A: When you recycle a product through Clover Wireless you can send in the accessories as well, however unless specifically asked for during the product evaluation, this is not required. Accessories include things like power cords, chargers, batteries, connector cables, holders, sleeves, and protectors.
Q: Is Clover Wireless a certified recycler?
A: Yes, Clover Wireless is a certified, audited and registered ISO 14001 reseller and recycler. Clover Wireless works with a dedicated end-of-life service partner who is both BAN- and RIOS-certified and exceeds all government regulations.
ABOUT ACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS
Q: Does a damaged product qualify for the program?
A: Some products may contain physical or functional defects and still qualify. However, in order to ensure you qualify for the trade up program, your used smartphone must be in working order.
Q: What about all the stuff I have on my phone?
A: IMPORTANT: We encourage you to clear any personal data from your phone before bringing it in or mailing it to us. Perform a factory reset and don't forget to remove your SD and SIM cards.
Once Clover Wireless receives phones, all products go through a certified data-removal process. All numbers, contacts, data files and other information is completely erased and the device is restored to its original settings. Any SIM cards received with phones are removed and destroyed.
